" This has been a year of progress as we continue our journey towards creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. From our reverse mentoring and guest speaker programmes to the various learning opportunities now available in Nissan Charge, our globally-aligned learning and development programme, we have made strong inroads in boosting awareness and understanding of our key DEI principles at all levels of the business. Across the AMIEO region, we are building a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. And we have plenty more exciting initiatives to come in FY2024 - so watch this space!
