These diagrams show the percentage of AMIEO employee population by gender. Total AMIEO Gender Ratio Compared to FY2022, 1% growth. Male: 88%. Female: 12%.  (increased by 1%). Gender Based Promotion vs FY2022. Male: 82%. Female: 18%.  (decreased by 1%).

Key Points:

  • % of female employees across whole AMIEO Region has increased from FY2022 (+100)
  • The number of promotions of female employees increased YoY (95 in FY2022, 180 in FY2023). The percentage drop is due to a large increase in overall promotions.

This diagram shows the percentage of AMIEO employee population by Generation. NA: 1% -  (decreased by -0.2%). Gen X (from 44 to 58): 27%  -  (decreased by -1.8%). Baby Boomer (from 59 to 76): 3% - (increased by 0.1%). Gen Z (from 17 to 22): 3%. Millennial (from 23 to 43): 66% - (increased by 1.9%).

  • 1.9% increase of millennials

This diagram shows the percentage of AMIEO employee population by Location. India: 27% - (decreased by - 2.4%). Middle East: 2% - (increased by 1.0%). Africa: 11% - (decreased by - 3.6%). Oceania: 3% - (increased by 1.0%). Europe: 57% - (increased by 5.8%).

Key Points:

  • With restructuring in NSA, we saw a decrease in employees with African nationality across the region
  • Increase in European nationalities by 5.8% as a result of this redistribution
