"Our regional strategic pillars remain the driving force behind AMIEO’s DEI journey, guiding us to create a manufacturing environment where our people, customers and partners feel valued and empowered. Yet it is through dedicated, real-life actions at a local level that we are most tangibly and impactfully bringing that commitment to life.

One of our most notable accomplishments of FY2023 was the increase in women leaders in our plants. By promoting and supporting female leadership, we have diversified our supervisory team and enriched our decision-making processes with a variety of perspectives and ideas.

A further accomplishment is making our production areas more accessible and inclusive for our Deaf operators. We are working to ensure our workforce is reflective of the diverse world we live in.

Our commitment to DEI also extends to inspiring the next generation. We continue to engage and support young people of all cultures and backgrounds, showcasing the exciting opportunities available in the fields of manufacturing and STEM. By doing so, we aim to build a pipeline of diverse talent that will drive our innovation and success long into the future.

For our company and society, these are transitional, transformational times. Together, we will build a more inclusive, equitable and dynamic world for everyone.
