Our Research & Development (R&D) centres across the region embody this philosophy, striving to bring together people from various backgrounds, cultures and experiences to collaborate on cutting-edge innovations.
In FY2023, our commitment to diversity was stronger than ever and saw us deliver several initiatives aimed at inspiring the current and next generation of engineers and scientists. This ranged from actively promoting a culture of respect and inclusion in our R&D centres all over AMIEO to running interactive STEM workshops in more than 140 UK schools.
As we look ahead to FY2024, we will continue to build on our successes, ensuring that our R&D centres are more than just hubs of technological advancement. Instead, they are melting pots of ideas and perspectives where everyone can flourish and collaborate.
