In Africa, we launched a series of inclusive customer service training programmes while our Dubai office was recognised as a great place to work. We have also pledged to have 30% of our executive roles in the Middle East held by women by 2025.
In India, our Corporate Social Relation (CSR) efforts have been widely praised while in both Europe and Oceania, we continue to foster an inclusive, welcoming culture by actively listening and responding to the needs and expectations of our employees.
As we continue along this journey in FY2024 and beyond, we must stay focused on keeping DEI at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that every interaction with our customers, partners and each other reflects our commitment to a more equitable and inclusive world.„
